Mindful Body Nutrition is about caring for your health and well-being. Whether your goal is to get into better shape, learn mindfulness and improve flexibility through yoga or find a physical outlet as part of your self-care routine, we can help you achieve your goals.


We carry general liability insurance as well as yearly recertification in First Aid/CPR/AED - Level C.


We established ourselves to help people become healthier in both their body and mind; exercise and mindfulness through exercise play key roles in our physical and mental wellness.

About Penny

Penny is an incredibly talented individual and a passionate teacher & coach who loves helping others achieve their goals. Penny has ridden horses for over 30 years and actively competed in Dressage at the Provincial level. She also enjoys hockey, skiing, yoga and is also an amateur boxer.

* You don't have to get hit to get fit!! If you have ever wanted to try boxing without getting in the ring, our one-on-one boxing sessions are for you. Get a great workout, learn new skills and release tension through this safe and effective workout.


* Looking for a personal training session without boxing? We can tailor custom sessions to meet your needs and goals.


* Private, Semi-Private, Group yoga classes are great for those who want to help with flexibility, stretching or strengthening. We offer Trauma Sensitive yoga that is accessible for anyone to take part in. Sessions can be In-person or through Zoom.
