Mindful Body & Nutrition


Mindful Body & Nutrition is about caring for your health and well-being. Whether your goal is to lose weight or to gain further knowledge in nutrition and healthy eating, we can evaluate what and how you eat and guide you with your nutritional needs through the consumption of whole foods. We can also assist you in getting set up with a personal trainer to help you with your exercise program or perhaps you need a physical outlet as part of your self-care routine.


We carry general liability insurance as well as yearly recertification in First Aid/CPR/AED - Level C.


We established ourselves to help people become healthier in both their body and mind; both nutrition and exercise play key roles in our physical and mental wellness. As we grow, more services will be offered so watch our website for updates.
