    About Penny






Penny is an incredibly talented individual and a passionate teacher & coach who loves helping everyone achieve their goals. Penny has ridden horses for over 30 years and actively competed in Dressage at the Provincial level. She also enjoys hockey, skiing, yoga and is also an amateur boxer. Her love of food, keen interest in nutrition and being physically active was a great fit with Mindful Body & Nutrition.
