About Penny



Having dealt with her own health and mental wellness, she decided that it was the perfect time to help others on their own journey. Penny has ridden horses for over 30 years and actively competed in Dressage at the Provincial level. She also enjoys hockey, skiing, yoga and is also an amateur boxer. Her love of food, keen interest in nutrition and being physically active was a great fit with Mindful Body & Nutrition. Penny is an incredibly talented individual and passionate teacher who loves helping everyone achieve their goals.
