* Our own Coach Penny now sits on the Boxing Ontario Female Development Committee for 2023.

* Huge Congratulations to our TNT Boxers who fought in this year's Brampton Cup. Everyone fought hard and we came home with 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 3 Bronze. Super proud of everyone!!!!

* Yoga in the Park with Apex Group will start again in June 2023.
